BrightCloud Growth Leads to New AppointmentsThe increasing demand for cloud based services has led to growth for the company, resulting in a number of new appointments;
Jon Mallard – Financial Director
The appointment of a Finance Director was not the most difficult decision. Jon has joined BrightCloud from McCranors Chartered Accountants in Coventry, where he has spent nearly twenty years as an accountant in practice, many of those spent managing the BrightCloud and sister company Open Reality’s accounts.
Jon said of his new role “I am delighted to be joining the team at an exciting time in the Group’s development as it seeks to strengthen its presence and grow. I look forward to the opportunity and the challenges ahead. After so many years advising the company as their accountant it just seemed a natural progression to join them in as their Finance Director.”
Sam Webster – Business Operations Manager
Sam has been with BrightCloud for nearly 7 years and has been running the support services for 4 of those years as Service Level Manager, improving standards and response SLAs. Although Sam will no longer head up the support team he retains daily contact with the team and the customers in his new capacity, dealing with new implementation, service reviews and seeing through transition from take on to support.
Mark Curry – Technical Operations Manager
Mark has been with BrightCloud for close to 8 years when he joined as a Customer Administration Engineer. He has continually progressed in several roles since joining our talented team and with this latest promotion from 3rd Line Support Engineer to fill Sam’s previous role will become our customer’s point of escalation for the delivery of supported Technical Services and lead the team on to further improvements. With a very respectable level of certification in core technologies that BrightCloud run and supply and his strong technical background, he will take on the responsibility for technical management and guidance for the company working together with our Technical Director.
