Our Directors, Andy, Paul and Duncan have worked together in the industry for over 20 years and have built solid reputations for honesty, expertise and customer care. They developed the concept for managed IT services and cloud-based computing a long time before they became popular, and we are still bringing innovative, high quality IT services to our customers.
Many of the ‘BrightCloud crew’ have been with us since day one and pretty much everybody in the business has been here much longer than the national average. This doesn’t just mean BrightCloud is a great place to work, but it shows our commitment to our customers, our company and ourselves.
With an Engineering Degree from the University of Sheffield and career in IT sales and marketing Duncan launched the Unix Distribution and support business UniDirect in 1992. UniDirect grew as group and spawned a number of businesses including Open Reality and Services for Business which is now called BrightCloud.
Over 30 years in the IT Industry working in Service Delivery, Service Management, Systems and Solutions Design along with Consultancy acting at IT Director for many SME and PLC customers.
Jon joined BrightCloud from McCranors Chartered Accountants in Coventry, where he has spent nearly twenty years as an accountant in practice, many of those spent managing the BrightCloud and sister company Open Reality’s accounts.
