Since we merged with HybrIT Services in March 2023 our support and sales teams have been working together closely, however they have been using separate systems and still operating as different trading companies. We recently merged our support teams on to a new shared platform called HaloPSA.
The support team is now much larger with broader expertise, so you will now begin to benefit from this greater capacity and more comprehensive services.
Over the next two months we are merging our other systems, which will mean that you will begin to see more HybrIT Services branding in our documentation and proposals. You will also start to notice that the BrightCloud team will move to HybrIT email addresses, they will still have access to their BrightCloud emails so the transition should be painless.
At some time in the near future (you will be notified in due course) we will begin novating our accreditations and contracts. We will let you know as these changes are planned, and of course will give you plenty of warning so you can update your records accordingly.
Our goal is to restructure our businesses under the single HybrIT brand creating a bigger and better experience for both sets of customers.
What do you need to do?
You don’t need to do anything at this stage, but please look out for more messages about the transition. If you could share this information with anyone else that interacts with BrightCloud from your side that would be a great help.
